Ingredients
- 3 to 4 chicken breasts
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 c. grated cheese
Method
- Cook chicken and broccoli separately.
- Place in 8 x 13-inch pan broccoli, then cut up chicken.
- Pour soup mixture on top. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 325° for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
- Serve with rice.
