Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Method

  • Heat chicken, soup and add mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and cheese.
  • Add bread crumbs to melted butter.
  • Arrange chicken breasts over broccoli in casserole.
  • Pour soup mixture over all.
  • Place buttered crumbs on top.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
