Ingredients
- 2 c. diced chicken
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 c. bamboo sprouts
- 1/2 can chow mein noodles
- 2 cans mushroom or celery soup
- 2 cans water
- 1/2 can chow mein noodles
Method
- Mix first (8) eight ingredients together in large casserole baking dish.
- Sprinkle top with 1/2 can chow mein noodles.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Serves 4 to 5.
