Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 c. cooked rice
  • 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 box cheese crackers

Method

  • Boil chicken; when done, break into pieces.
  • Boil rice; drain, then place rice into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  • Heat cheese soup and add water until smooth.
  • Place chicken on top of rice in pan. Pour soup over chicken and rice in pan.
  • Break or crush cheese crackers and spread over top of cheese soup.
  • Bake at 375° approximately 45 minutes or until crackers brown, then eat and enjoy.
