Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 c. cooked rice
- 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 box cheese crackers
Method
- Boil chicken; when done, break into pieces.
- Boil rice; drain, then place rice into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Heat cheese soup and add water until smooth.
- Place chicken on top of rice in pan. Pour soup over chicken and rice in pan.
- Break or crush cheese crackers and spread over top of cheese soup.
- Bake at 375° approximately 45 minutes or until crackers brown, then eat and enjoy.
