Ingredients

  • 1 large fryer, cooked and boned
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1 medium-size onion
  • 1 small can mushroom soup (diluted by directions)
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1/2 lb. American cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. egg noodles
  • 1 small jar sliced pimentos

Method

  • Cook chicken and take off bone.
  • Cook noodles in chicken broth after cooking chicken.
  • Melt oleo and blend in 3 tablespoons flour.
  • Gradually stir in milk and cook, stirring until thick. Saute onion and pepper.
