- 1 large fryer, cooked and boned
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 medium-size onion
- 1 small can mushroom soup (diluted by directions)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 qt. milk
- 1/2 lb. American cheese
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. egg noodles
- 1 small jar sliced pimentos
Method
- Cook chicken and take off bone.
- Cook noodles in chicken broth after cooking chicken.
- Melt oleo and blend in 3 tablespoons flour.
- Gradually stir in milk and cook, stirring until thick. Saute onion and pepper.
