Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5 oz.) white chicken
  • 1 can broccoli soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli and rice
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can Durkee French fried onions

Method

  • Drain and flake chicken.
  • Mix with soup, milk and thawed and drained vegetables, broccoli and rice.
  • Add 1/2 package Cheddar cheese and 1/2 can onions.
  • Spray 8 1/2 x 11-inch Pyrex dish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
  • Top with remaining cheese and onions for 5 minutes more.
