Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 to 6 boiled and diced chicken breasts (reserve broth)
- 1 c. broth
Method
- Melt butter in Pyrex dish.
- Add 3/4 package stuffing and mix well.
- Put chicken on top.
- Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken.
- Add rest of stuffing.
- Pour 1 cup of broth over this. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes, then broil for 5 minutes.
