Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. spaghetti, broken up
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 lb. shredded Velveeta cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimento
  • 1 c. chicken broth or water
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Method

  • Cook spaghetti.
  • Mix with other ingredients.
  • Reserve 1/2 cup cheese to sprinkle on top of casserole.
  • Bake 1 hour in 350° oven. I place foil over top of casserole to keep cheese from browning too fast.
  • Remove foil last 15 minutes of baking time.
  • Makes 6 servings.
