Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. spaghetti, broken up
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 lb. shredded Velveeta cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
- 1 c. chicken broth or water
- 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Cook spaghetti.
- Mix with other ingredients.
- Reserve 1/2 cup cheese to sprinkle on top of casserole.
- Bake 1 hour in 350° oven. I place foil over top of casserole to keep cheese from browning too fast.
- Remove foil last 15 minutes of baking time.
- Makes 6 servings.
