- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 can cooking sherry
- 1 c. shirred almonds (both optional)
- 1 pkg. instant dry rice
Method
- Mix rice with soup in baking pan.
- Place chicken breast on top.
- Pour rest of soup over chicken.
- Bake, covered, at 275° for 2 1/4 hours minimum.
