Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cooked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing
- 3 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Boil chicken and debone.
- Save broth for gravy.
- Put deboned chicken in a baking dish.
- Pour chicken soup over this and 1/2 can of water or milk.
- Fix stuffing according to box directions.
- Add to top of the chicken and soup dish.
- Bake in 350° oven until browned.
- Make gravy by browning flour in a pan; add broth and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
- Salt and pepper.
- You can add any chicken flavoring.
- Chicken bouillon cubes or chicken seasoning will make the gravy richer.
- Pour over casserole with each serving.
