Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans chicken ala king
  • 1 or 2 c. chicken broth

Method

  • Cook and chop up 4 chicken breasts.
  • Add cream of chicken and mushroom soup, then, mix chicken ala king, chopped small onion, Cheddar cheese (grated) and chicken broth to mixture for moisture. Place in casserole and top with can of dried onion rings.
  • Bake in oven at 350° until bubbles through and through.
