Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • pinch of oregano
  • pinch of sweet basil
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
  • pinch of garlic
  • 1 bag tortellini noodles or whatever noodle you prefer

Method

  • Fry the chicken breasts in pan until done. Cut into small pieces.
  • Put in a large nonstick covered skillet. Add soup, paste and sauce mix with 2 cups water. Stir in the oregano, garlic and basil. Bring to a boil and turn down the heat.
  • Let simmer for about 30 minutes.
