- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli
- 4 whole chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
- 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. buttered bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo, melted
Method
- Cook broccoli according to directions on package; drain well. Place in lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Top with chicken.
- Combine soup, mayonnaise, milk and lemon juice, stirring well.
- Spoon mixture over chicken.
- Sprinkle with cheese and buttered bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
