Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli
  • 4 whole chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. buttered bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo, melted

Method

  • Cook broccoli according to directions on package; drain well. Place in lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
  • Top with chicken.
  • Combine soup, mayonnaise, milk and lemon juice, stirring well.
  • Spoon mixture over chicken.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and buttered bread crumbs.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
