Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 3/4 can mushroom soup
- 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced and cooked
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- salt
- dash of tarragon
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. sherry
Method
- Arrange chicken in
- single
- layer
- in
- casserole.
- Over chicken, pour sauce made by combining soup with sour cream and mushrooms.
- Flavor with tarragon
- and sherry. Salt if desired. Bake at 325° for 60
- minutes
- or
- until chicken is tender.
- Do not cover.
