Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- 10 big slices Gruyere or Fontina cheese
- white wine
Method
- Flour chicken and saute in butter very quickly on medium heat. Saute on both sides.
- Add wine and flour to thicken.
- When chicken looks almost done, place cheese slices on top.
- Cover and simmer 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serves 4.
