Ingredients
- 8 half breasts of chicken
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- flour, salt and pepper
- 8 thin slices peeled orange
Method
- Brush chicken with melted butter, then dust lightly with flour, salt and pepper.
- Place skin side up in baking pan.
- Add 1/2 cup hot water. Cover and bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 1 hour longer or until chicken is very tender.
- Place 1 slice of orange on each breast and serve at once with Orange Sauce.
