Ingredients
- chicken breasts (1 per person)
- 1 c. white wine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chopped water chestnuts, drained
- salt and pepper
- pinch of thyme
- powdered ginger to taste
Method
- Brown skinned chicken in oleo or butter.
- Blend wine, soup and seasonings.
- Add chestnuts.
- Place chicken and mixture in casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
