- 10 pounds chicken, bone and remove skin
- 4 pounds beef or oxtail
- 8 pounds potatoes
- 3 pounds carrots, cut up
- 1 pkg celery, diced
- 1 20 oz pkg peas
- 1 16 oz pkg corn
- 1 9 oz pkg green beans
- 2 medium cabbages, cut up
- 4 onions
- 6 46 oz cans tomato juice
- 1 lemon, juice only
- 8 each chicken and beef bouillon cubes
- 4 Tbsp salt
- 3 Tbsp pepper
- 2 gallon water
Method
- Boil over open heat for 20 minutes. Skim off grease.
