Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice
- 2 c. diced chicken
- 1 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 1 pkg. slivered almonds
- 1 can French-style green beans, drained
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 oz. chopped pimentos
- 1 can cream of celery soup with 3/4 can water
Method
- Combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Pour into a greased casserole dish; bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
- If more liquid is needed, use chicken broth.
