Ingredients
- 1 medium chicken breast
- 1/3 c. summer squash
- 1/3 c. green onions
- 1/3 c. mushrooms
- 1/2 pkg. Hi-Energy Chicken Soup Supplement
Method
- Place chicken in baking dish and surround with vegetables. Sprinkle with 1/2 package of chicken soup; microwave on High for 12 minutes or bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
