Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
- 1 c. melted butter or margarine
- 1 chicken, cooked and boned
- 2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
Method
- Mix melted butter and stuffing mix until well moistened. Place about half of mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan; pat down.
