Ingredients
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 soup cans water
- 4 skinned chicken breast halves
Method
- In a 9 x 13-inch dish, melt the margarine.
- Stir in the raw rice.
- Beat out the lumps in the soup before mixing it with water. Pour half of the soup mix over the rice.
- Place the chicken on the rice and pour the remainder of the soup mix over it.
- Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.
- Serves 4.
