Ingredients
- uncooked rice, enough to cover bottom of pan (not Minute rice, not instant)
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 can water
- chicken pieces
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Method
- Line rectangular pan with foil.
- Cover bottom with uncooked rice.
- Pour onion soup and water over rice.
- Lay chicken pieces in pan on top of rice.
- Salt and pepper as desired.
- Spread cream of celery soup (no water) on chicken.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
