Ingredients
- 4 c. cooked rice
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled, reserve bacon drippings
- 6 eggs, scrambled hard, finely broken up
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 (7 oz.) can white chunk chicken
Method
- Combine rice and 1/2 cup of bacon drippings; stir for a couple of minutes until hot.
- Add rest of ingredients and heat through.
