Ingredients
- 1 c. rice, precooked
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Place rice in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch buttered casserole and lay chicken pieces on top of that.
- Pour soups over chicken. Sprinkle dry onion soup on top.
- No salt needs to be added as the soups and mix are enough.
- Bake 1 hour or until chicken is done.
