Ingredients
- 2 c. cut up and cooked chicken (dark or white meat)
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. cooked, cut up celery
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds, slightly browned in 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. broth
Method
- Mix the ingredients and pour into casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
- Melt 1/2 stick margarine and mix with 1 cup crushed cornflakes.
- Spread over top and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
