Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken and broccoli soup
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can French fried onions
  • 4 chicken breast halves (2 lb.)
  • paprika
  • pepper

Method

  • In a 3-quart oblong baking dish, combine soup, water, rice, mushrooms and 1/2 can of onions.
  • Arrange chicken on rice mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper.
  • Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
  • Top with remaining onions.
  • Bake 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
  • Serves 4.
