Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken and broccoli soup
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can French fried onions
- 4 chicken breast halves (2 lb.)
- paprika
- pepper
Method
- In a 3-quart oblong baking dish, combine soup, water, rice, mushrooms and 1/2 can of onions.
- Arrange chicken on rice mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper.
- Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
- Top with remaining onions.
- Bake 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
- Serves 4.
