Ingredients
- chicken, cut into frying pieces (8 pieces)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 10 small white onions
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/3 c. cooking wine
Method
- Brown chicken in Dutch oven.
- Add soup and onions.
- Add thyme and wine.
- Cook on low until tender, usually 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add water if necessary.
- Serve with rice.
