Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast halves skinless and deboned
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 mango Tommy Atkins
  • mozzarella cheese sliced
  • onion thinly sliced
  • 3 whole wheat hamburger buns
  • jalapeno chili
  • avocado

Method

  • Marinate the chicken in the teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes.
  • Peel the mango and cut into thick wedges. Set aside.
  • Grill the chicken for 4 minutes on each side. When it is almost done, add cheese slices on top. Remove from the grill and allow the cheese to melt.
  • Heat the bread in the grill. Also, cook the mango, 1 minute on each side.
  • Assemble the hamburger and add onion, jalapeno chilies, and avocado. Serve immediately.
