- 2 chicken breast halves skinless and deboned
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 mango Tommy Atkins
- mozzarella cheese sliced
- onion thinly sliced
- 3 whole wheat hamburger buns
- jalapeno chili
- avocado
Method
- Marinate the chicken in the teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes.
- Peel the mango and cut into thick wedges. Set aside.
- Grill the chicken for 4 minutes on each side. When it is almost done, add cheese slices on top. Remove from the grill and allow the cheese to melt.
- Heat the bread in the grill. Also, cook the mango, 1 minute on each side.
- Assemble the hamburger and add onion, jalapeno chilies, and avocado. Serve immediately.
