Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned
- 2 qt. chicken stock, seasoned to taste
- 1 pkg. flour tortilla shells
Method
- Cut tortilla shells into one-inch squares.
- Bring stock to a boil.
- Drop the tortilla squares into stock, one at a time.
- Boil for 30 minutes at 250° to 300°.
- Add chicken and simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes.
