- 1/2 cup Low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 3 tbsp Sherry
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger (you can use ground)
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 Chicken and broccoli
- 3 Chicken breasts cut into squares
- 1 lb Broccoli
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 Oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp Peanut or veggie oil
Method
- Mix together the soy sauce,cornstarch, Sherry, brown sugar, ginger, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, green onions and garlic pour half of this marinade onto the chicken and let it sit
- Then heat up your peanut or veggie oil and add the broccoli as soon as it's not.
- Let your broccoli get green and place it on a plate once done
- Add the chicken and marinade into your pan and let it cook for a few seconds before you turn it over let your chicken fully cook and put on a plate
- Then take the rest of the sauce and add it to the pan and then add your 1/4 of oyster sauce and 1/4 of chicken broth let cook until it gets thick make sure to stir then add your chicken and your brocoli and mix it together and cook for a few minutes
- Serve with white rice :) and enjoy!!
- I also sprinkled the top with some red pepper flakes and green onions :)
