Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 lb. Muenster cheese
  • 1/4 lb. Prosciutto
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 bowl flour

Method

  • Flour chicken and set aside.
  • Heat 1/2 stick butter in nonstick frypan until good and hot.
  • Add chicken and brown both sides, then cook on medium heat until done.
  • Dress each chicken breast with first Prosciutto, then top with Muenster cheese.
  • Add artichokes to pan.
  • Heat everything on high heat for sauteing.
  • Add 1/2 wine. Cook until turns into a light sauce.
  • Remove and serve.
