Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 lb. Muenster cheese
- 1/4 lb. Prosciutto
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 stick butter
- 1 bowl flour
Method
- Flour chicken and set aside.
- Heat 1/2 stick butter in nonstick frypan until good and hot.
- Add chicken and brown both sides, then cook on medium heat until done.
- Dress each chicken breast with first Prosciutto, then top with Muenster cheese.
- Add artichokes to pan.
- Heat everything on high heat for sauteing.
- Add 1/2 wine. Cook until turns into a light sauce.
- Remove and serve.
- Enjoy!
