Ingredients
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 packages skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Method
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
- Refrigerate mixture 1 hour, stirring chicken after 1/2 hour.
- Grill on aluminum foil on low heat (about 1 hour) or bake covered with foil at 350° for 1 hour.
- Uncover to brown.
