Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cups Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cups Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Assorted Nuts, Chopped Or Pulsed In Food Processor
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1/2 cups Raisins
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt

Method

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and lightly oil parchment paper.
  • Set aside.
  • Combine maple syrup, almond butter, and coconut oil in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.
  • Once melted and combined, remove from heat and add vanilla and cinnamon, stirring to combine.
  • Add remaining dry ingredients; stir until well coated.
  • Spread onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 2530 minutes, until desired crispiness is achieved.
  • Store in an airtight container.
