Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 5 large eggs
- 1 lb. grated cheese
- 1 c. butter
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- pie crust (in a 9 x 13 pan)
Method
- Sift together the sugar, flour and salt.
- Set aside.
- Cook in double boiler the cheese, butter and milk.
- Add eggs when cool enough so not to set the eggs.
- Add vanilla.
- Pour into pie crust and cook 1 hour at 325° or until done with toothpick test.
