Ingredients
- 14 ounces small shell pasta
- 8 ounces cherry tomatoes quartered
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup basil leaves loosely packed
- shaved Parmesan cheese to serve
Method
- Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to the package directions. Drain and place in a large serving bowl.
- Add the tomatoes, oil and basil to the pasta; toss to coat well. Season to taste and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
