Ingredients
- 2 cans pitted, tart, red cherries
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. ReaLemon juice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 pie shells
Method
- Drain water off of cherries.
- Combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and flour; mix well with cherries, then add lemon juice and butter.
- Mix well.
- Butter 1 medium-sized Pyrex dish, then pour 1/2 of mixture in dish.
