Ingredients
- 2 cans Comstock cherry pie filling
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 2 sticks oleo
- 2 c. pecans
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- In a large 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, mix pie filling, sugar and vanilla.
- Spread evenly.
- Spread dry cake mix evenly over pie mixture.
- Cover with melted oleo.
- Sprinkle with pecans.
- Bake at 325° for about 1 hour.
