Ingredients
- 2 large pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 1 envelope Knox gelatine
- 1 can cherries
- 1 graham cracker crust
Method
- Soften cream cheese; beat until fluffy.
- Add vanilla; fluff again.
- In separate bowl, add boiling water to sugar and gelatine; whip with whisk.
- Add sugar mixture to cheese; slowly beat until smooth.
- Pour into crust; refrigerate at least 3 hours.
- Add cherries to top.
