Ingredients

  • 1 lettuce, washed, drained and dried
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 5 stalks celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 bunch radishes, sliced
  • 4 tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs
  • strips of cold meat (turkey, chicken, ham)
  • strips of Swiss cheese
  • French dressing

Method

  • In a large salad bowl, place the lettuce, green pepper, celery, cucumber, radishes and tomatoes.
  • Arrange eggs, meat and cheese on top of vegetables.
  • Pour French dressing or dressing of your choice over the salad.
  • Serves 6 to 8.
