Ingredients
- 6 c. potatoes
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
- chopped chives
Method
- Cook potatoes.
- Drain.
- Mash into large chunks of potatoes. Mix milk and sour cream.
- Pour and mix into potatoes.
- Add grated cheese.
- Cover top of potatoes with cheese and chives.
- This all goes into a casserole dish that's been greased.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
