Ingredients

  • 5 pounds Potatoes
  • 2 pounds Ham Cubes
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 pound Velveeta Cheese
  • 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Method

  • Peel and cube the potatoes.
  • Boil in salt water until soft.
  • Melt cubed Velveeta with milk in the microwave.
  • Drain the potatoes.
  • Mix with ham and melted cheese in a 13x9 casserole dish or crock pot.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Cook the casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, or until desired brownness is achieved, or cook in the crock pot on low for 6-7 hours.
  • Serves 8-10 people.
