Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 Oz. Size) Refrigerated Grands Biscuits
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1 package (2 Oz. Size) Pre-Cooked Bacon
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Colby-jack Cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 9" pan with foil (for easy cleanup). Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place biscuits in pan. Top each biscuit with half a slice of Swiss cheese.
  • Chop bacon into bite size pieces and sprinkle over Swiss cheese. Top bacon with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and biscuits are cooked through. Serve immediately.
