Ingredients
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 medium pkg. frozen vegetables
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 to 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 small pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 4 c. water
Method
- Cook potatoes and veggies in water until tender.
- Add all other ingredients and simmer.
