- 4 c. water
- 5 bouillon cubes
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 1/2 c. diced raw potatoes
- 1 large pkg. frozen vegetables of choice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 soup cans water
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Method
- Combine 4 cups water and bouillon cubes to make broth.
- Add celery, onion and potatoes.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add frozen vegetables.
- Cook another 10 minutes.
- Add the two soups and 2 cans of water.
- Heat through and add cubed Velveeta cheese.
- Heat until cheese is melted.
- Freezes well.
