Ingredients

  • 4 c. water
  • 5 bouillon cubes
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 2 1/2 c. diced raw potatoes
  • 1 large pkg. frozen vegetables of choice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 soup cans water
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Method

  • Combine 4 cups water and bouillon cubes to make broth.
  • Add celery, onion and potatoes.
  • Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add frozen vegetables.
  • Cook another 10 minutes.
  • Add the two soups and 2 cans of water.
  • Heat through and add cubed Velveeta cheese.
  • Heat until cheese is melted.
  • Freezes well.
