Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Beat cream cheese.
- Add and beat in sugar.
- Add egg yolks, salt and flour; blend in milk and vanilla.
- Beat egg whites; fold into mixture.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then at 375° for 15 minutes, then at 325° for 15 minutes.
