Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip Light dressing
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded, cooked turkey or chicken
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar picante sauce, divided
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) Kraft shredded natural sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 8 flour tortillas (6-inch)

Method

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Cook and stir onion in dressing over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in turkey, 1/4 cup of the picante sauce, the cream cheese and the cumin.
  • Cook until thoroughly heated.
  • Stir in 1 cup of Cheddar cheese.
