Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 triangle Roquefort cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
- dash of hot pepper sauce
Method
- Allow cheese to soften at room temperature.
- Blend in parsley, onion, celery and hot pepper sauce.
