Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. Velveeta
- 1 small can peeled tomatoes
- 1 small pkg. Jack cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 summer sausage, sliced and quartered
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Method
- Saute onion and garlic in butter.
- Add tomatoes and chilies. Pour into an electric fondue pot.
- Add cubed cheeses and milk. Stir continually until cheeses are melted.
- Add summer sausage. Serve with tortilla chips.
