Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 pkg. Martha White muffin mix
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Grease muffin cups.
- Combine cream cheese and sugar in mixing bowl.
- Stir in egg until well blended. In separate bowl, combine muffin mix and milk; stir just until blended.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
- Top each with about one tablespoon of cream cheese mixture.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until set.
