Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 pkg. Martha White muffin mix
  • 1 c. milk

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425°.
  • Grease muffin cups.
  • Combine cream cheese and sugar in mixing bowl.
  • Stir in egg until well blended. In separate bowl, combine muffin mix and milk; stir just until blended.
  • Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
  • Top each with about one tablespoon of cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until set.
